Most of you have heard about how important water is for overall health by now. And I’m going to go over it again.
Water is necessary for the health and proper function of the body and brain. Even mild dehydration can have consequences. It can help with losing weight, can improve skin, maintain healthy blood pressure, lubricates joints, boosts exercise performance, needed for proper digestion and can regulate body temperature, just to name a few. Some of the symptoms of dehydration are: headaches, muscle cramps, fatigue, feeling dizzy, dry skin, confusion and kidney problems.
If you drink water through out the day, YES! That’s amazing. If not, why not try substituting water in? Did you know that drinking even one can of pop a day can lead to a 52 pound weight gain over one year? Swap out that pop for a glass of water, your body will thank you.
