You cannot achieve the fitness results you want without consistent exercise.
Working out with consistency is important for your physical and mental health. But exercising hard on one day and then avoiding exercise for the next week will only leave you feeling sore and frustrated.
It is straining for the body to experience occasional bursts of strenuous exercise. To get the results you want, you have to build up higher and higher levels of cardiovascular strength, flexibility and strength training. A gradual increase in intensity will allow your muscles, tendons and ligaments a chance to adjust to the strains and challenges of a physical exercise.
Motivation can fail when you skip exercising, so will your endurance, strength, weight loss, not to mention all the other countless benefits of physical activity
We can be so impatient, my self included. We want things easy and quickly. There is only one way to be fit and healthy. It’s exercising on a regular basis and eating healthy. And it takes time.
Find something that you enjoy doing so it isn’t a chore. Make the effort. It’s worth it. You’re worth it, and your body will thank you.
